Planning Administrator





Job Type:

Full Time, Permanent


Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4.00pm and Friday 7.30am to 3.00pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)

Role Overview

Reporting to the Production Planning and Supply Chain Manager, this role is suited to a pro-active, and professionally mannered individual, who has excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail.

What You'll be Doing

  • Booking in deliveries to customers via email, telephone and customer portals
  • Generating and printing of production payment tickets and dispatch tickets
  • Compiling and issuing production reports
  • Progress chasing customer orders through production to provide accurate updates to our sales team
  • Chasing and updating the system with drop off information

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to independently manage workload as well working collaboratively within a team
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Outlook
